Privacy notice

Trinity Capital (Limpley) Limited is the developer of Avon Mill and the data controller for enquiries submitted through this site. Our appointed selling agent, Savills, may receive the same enquiry in order to follow up on the developer’s behalf.

Only what you enter on the form: name, email, phone, anything you write in the message field, and the fact you ticked the consent box. We do not collect anything else on submission — no location, no device fingerprint, no advertising identifier.

To answer your enquiry and, with your consent, to send brochure, pricing, and release information about this specific development. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell data, we do not pass it to third parties beyond Savills and the data processors named below, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

A small number of processors handle your enquiry on our behalf, under written agreements:

Vercel Inc. — hosts the website. Submitted forms are processed in Vercel’s European edge regions before storage.

Neon Inc. — database provider where the enquiry is stored. The database sits in the AWS Europe (London) region.

Resend Inc. — emails the enquiry to the developer and Savills, and emails you a confirmation. Resend handles the message in transit and retains delivery logs in line with its own retention policy.

No other third party receives your details unless you contact us first to ask.

While the development is being sold, and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your details at any point, we will.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the details we hold, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email the address below and we will action it within a working week.
